The gentle heat reaches deep into the pelvis, boosting blood flow around the uterus and ovaries, easing period pain and cold lower-abdominal pain, and helping with a cold lower abdomen, hands and feet
Timing and heat are adjusted to your constitution and kept comfortably warm

Q) How does acupuncture work alongside IVF or IUI?
A) Acupuncture supports your fertility specialist's plan at each stage: starting about 3 months before to improve pelvic blood flow and steady your cycle and sleep; easing bloating and stress during stimulation; and sessions around embryo transfer to help you relax. Bring your schedule so we can time sessions.
Q) Can I come with fibroids, polyps or PCOS?
A) At your first visit, we review your gynae reports to rule out structural conditions that need medical treatment. For fibroids or polyps, it depends on size and position: small ones without symptoms can be supported, while larger ones or those causing bleeding or pressure should be seen by a gynaecologist first. Hormonal concerns such as PCOS and irregular cycles are a particular strength of acupuncture care.
Q) Why three cycles?
A) A follicle takes about 85 days — roughly three cycles — to develop from an early stage to ovulation [6], so care given now is fully reflected in ovulation and your period about three cycles later. Hormonal regulation also takes time and cycles vary naturally, so tracking three cycles of periods and basal body temperature shows whether improvement is stable and guides the next step.
